Report a calculation error
Please tell me which calculator, what you entered, and what you expected the result to be. That is usually enough for me to track down what went wrong and fix it quickly. Our editorial and corrections policy sets out exactly what happens after you report something, including how quickly you get a reply.
Ask a question
If you are not sure a calculator applies to your situation, or you want to understand how a figure was worked out, just ask. I would rather answer a question than have you guess.
Suggest a calculator
If there is a UK tax, pay or pension calculation you keep having to work out by hand and think MySums should cover, let me know. Several calculators on this site started as exactly that kind of message.
